Our booking system is available for EXISTING clients onlyIf this is your first visit, Please start by booking a consultation call. If there is no option for a consultation call with your therapist of choice, or it says “Contact To Book”, their books are likely closed to new intakes at this time. If this is the case, we would be happy to help connect you with another excellent clinician.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Providence Therapy has a firm 48-hour cancellation policy – Cancellations and rescheduling requests with less than 48 hours will be charged a late cancellation fee. More information on this policy can be found in your signed informed consent form. We also ask that intake and informed consent be completed 24 hours before the visit. Appointments, where forms are not completed, are at risk of being canceled and may be subject to our late cancelation fee.

Fees: Current fees are attached to each therapist’s online appointments. Note that fees per session vary by clinician title, experience, and specialized training.

**Admin support** calls are available if you need to book time with our client care team to discuss a specific administrative question such as a billing issue or account question.

**Initial Intake coordination appointments** are the first step to getting you connected with a therapist! If you need some extra help deciding what therapist to consult with, our client care team is here to help guide you through the process of deciding the best fit.

A **Therapist Consultation Call** will connect you directly with a therapist of your choosing directly so you can ask questions and assess if you're the right fit working together. During the call, the therapist will listen to your concerns with empathy and guide you through the therapeutic process. We value a strong therapeutic relationship and want to ensure that our approach aligns with your expectations. This initial conversation allows us to assess how we can best support you on your journey toward better emotional well-being.

**If this is your first appointment or it has been over 6 months since your last visit, please book a consultation discovery call with your therapist of choice to assess for fit and availability before booking your first session.**
