Welcome to Providence Therapy

A few important reminders as you begin

If this is your first visit, please start by booking a Discovery or Consultation call. This is what we require for all new clients as an important first step to ensuring you are matched with the right fit in a provider. If you don’t see an option for a consultation call with your therapist of choice, their books may be closed at this time for new clients and we encourage you to explore our teams other amazing options. If the option says “Contact To Book, there may be a special circumstance around the booking. Just give us a call or email and we will help you with the booking.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Please take note that Providence Therapy has a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations and rescheduling requests with less than 48 hours will be charged a late cancellation fee. More information on this policy can be found in your signed informed consent form. We also ask that all requested forms be completed 24 hours before your visit. Appointments where forms are not completed are at risk of being rescheduled.

If you intend on using your extended benefits, please check your coverage prior to confirming session booking. Providence Therapy is not responsible for ensuring coverage and all clients are responsible for the cost of their services in the event their insurance does not provide coverage
